Founded in 2018, our construction company began as a passion project, flipping houses, one house at a time. With the encouragement and support over the years of our family, friends, and community, that passion has grown into something much greater. To date, we’ve successfully flipped over 100 houses, renovated another 50-100, and built or rebuilt 20 or more. Combining our eye for detail with our commitment to creating beautiful, functional homes, we have thoroughly enjoyed saving some of the most beautiful homes in our area.
Brandy, a licensed Realtor, and Josh, a licensed Builder in South Carolina, bring complementary expertise to every project. With Brandy’s market insight and Josh’s construction knowledge, we ensure every home we touch meets the highest standards of quality and design.
In 2023, we expanded our services to include client renovations and custom new home builds. These are ballpark numbers. Your budget will depend on several variables, but these can help show you a range of possibilities.
After registering in our system, JobTread, our intake team will set up a site visit using a Calendly Link or over the phone. Once our estimator or one of our project managers walks through, we get straight into the rough estimate stage. This is where the Scope of Work is written out in great detail, and we offer a rough budget. We encourage all clients to look through the ballpark numbers listed above in the "appropriate budget" FAQ. All projects are different and therefore there is quite a range, but that gives a preliminary look at costs before we even get to the rough estimate. After the client signs the rough estimate, we enter the Pre-Construction Agreement. This is when our team compiles a list of deliverables that correspond with your project specifically. Shortly after, the intake team will send out a comprehensive proposal for the client to review and sign. The scope of work and materials will be finalized and the project timeline will be established. 5% down to schedule your job and the first draw will be collected 1-2 weeks prior to the start date.
